It is with great honour to be awarded the Spirit of Enterprise (SOE) Award for our CEO, Daniel Cheah. The Spirit of Enterprise Award is an annual national award conferred to deserving business entrepreneurs to honour their outstanding achievements. It aims to recognize local entrepreneurs’ courage, perseverance and innovation in their journey of entrepreneurship.

During the interview, Daniel was posed this question “What motivates or inspires you?” He answered with conviction, “I believe in the spirit of excellence in whatever we do. As Force 21 produce military gears for the Singapore Armed Forces, we are motivated to continuously improve the quality of our products and to enhance the lives of the soldiers when they use our gears. Challenges are welcomed as it helps to push the company higher and further. In the recent years, I am also motivated to see positive changes and outcome from my employees. It is my desire to influence my employees through establishing mentorship and a relationship with them. I believe that when they achieve their success, it will bring prosperity to the company as well.”
