Policies

Set our security policies in place and ensure that staff strictly adhere to them. Designate a working internal audit team to ensure policies are followed at a working level. Hold regular toolbox meetings to make sure incidents are reported no matter how small.

People

Make sure that your security staff have the necessary skills to handle today’s security threats. Send your key staff for training to ensure they remain relevant.

Technology

Are your systems up to date to handle today’s security threats? Do regular reviews of your technology systems to ensure that there are no loopholes.
